Refund after 13 months & regulator pressure
My account (CR5427736) was disabled in July 2024 with false fraud allegations. In Aug 2024, Deriv unilaterally withdrew USD 26,455 without my consent and shifted funds into an SVG wallet. After 13 months of delays, repeated excuses, and coercion to submit unnecessary documents (including Income Tax Return on 23 Aug 2025), Deriv finally processed the refund on 1 Sept 2025—but only after I escalated to regulators (LFSA, MFSA, BVIFSC, FSC Mauritius, SVGFSA, SCA Dubai). Compensation for financial losses, missed trading opportunities, medical costs, and reputational damage remains unresolved. Deriv breached its own Terms & Conditions on safeguarding, complaint handling, and transparency. Clients should be warned that the “Most Transparent Broker” award is misleading when refund and redress come only under regulatory pressure.

Account banned without reason
On September 14, 2025, they banned my account, claiming that I had violated Article 2.9 of their public offering agreement, which states that "the company prohibits customers from engaging in fraudulent activities that the company may consider to be part of customer behavior. These fraudulent activities aim to exploit operations not directed by the company, loopholes in the company's official website, speculation based on bonuses, and abuse of trading to gain profits, including but not limited to completing hedging transactions through different accounts and speculating on assets with liquidity difficulties. In such cases, the company reserves the right to terminate this agreement or reset the results of trading operations
However, I believe that I have not violated any of the conditions described in it, and each order has a 5-minute cycle. Before the ban, there was a withdrawal request of nearly $3000 that had not been completed for more than 3 days. My ID is marcemous@gmail.com

I was trading XAUUSD
I was trading XAUUSD as usual, and in the middle of the day, Roboforex suddenly closed the Gold markets. Now I’m stuck in a trade that I can’t control anymore, and I have no idea how long this will last. Has anyone experienced similar behavior in the past and had any luck with support on these issues? For now, I’m hoping it’s just a technical difficulty and that they will compensate for any losses if they occur, but I’m not sure.

These guys were very good before but now they have many problems with deposits, I made a deposit since Thursday, today is Monday still they tell me same response from their copy and paste message of the department of finance is working on it but till now, nothing is credited and I have no hope for it.

Signed up for a reduced price trial for three months and forgot to cancel. They charged me almost $100 for another three months subscription with zero communication until afterwards, and refuse to give me a refund. The App itself might be ok, but customer Not a good experience! The overall process with pay is not great and cannot be equally.

After paying, the customer service said, "The diagnosis will take three days, and you won't be able to log in to your account during that time." Frustrating Spread Issues with Levels Broker
Levels broker’s spreads are a big disappointment. They advertise competitive, low spreads, but once you’re trading, it’s a completely different story. During my trading with
During my trading with the company i hav come across a common malpractice of increasing the spread of a running trade to effectively cause a wipeout and make the traders loose the money.
I had four trading positions in GbpJpy , two hedged positions each of 30 mini lots with the below order numbers and details
117674678 buy 131.038
118179064 buy 129.915
118096852 sell 129.288
118213430 sell 129.188
All the above orders automatically got squared off and i had a wipe out of 897 usd. in total
all my orders were actually closed / squared off at a exact time of 14:29:59 on 16.08.2016 with a vast difference in the closed trade prices, the buy trades closed at a price of 129.356…. And the sell trades closed at 129.635 a difference of 28 pips, which in a perfect real world caused the margin call and wipeout.
The 5 minute mt4 candle 14.25 to 14.30 had open 129.53 high 129.563 low 129.158 close 129.318 ( my trades were closed at 14.29.59…hence this time frame would be legally Accountable

Headway is the most fraud broker I ever seen. Last night the rhe server had a technical problem and they closed all my open positions,and today they are telling me that all issues had been addressed and resolved,which is really not true!
