Abstract:According to WikiFX research, Crezmoon has a domain name (https://crezmoon.com/) that was registered on October 13, 2021, less than a year ago. The copyright notice, however, is dated 2020. It's a warning sign.

In contrast to legal businesses, fraudsters are often cautious about producing their licenses since they lack them. The most suspicious aspect is the equivocation of its legality. It is advised not to deal with a broker that cannot give proof that its forex services are licensed and that clients' money are safe. WikiFX discovered a broker called CREZMOON. It employs several deceptions in defining its rules.

WikiFX is always watching unregulated brokers owing to the fantastic promotions they provide to traders, as most fraudsters do. Because of the broker's trading opportunities, traders will generally invest regardless of their unregulated status. The traders will believe they will gain greatly from it.

A Brand-New Created Domain
According to WikiFX research, CREZMOON has a domain name (https://crezmoon.com/) that was registered on October 13, 2021, less than a year ago. The copyright notice, however, is dated 2020. It's a warning sign.
A fake forex broker would often construct a website, then vanish after one to two years and recreate another domain name. As a result, CREZMOON may fall into this risky category of fraudulent financial enterprises.

Registration Equivocation
CREZMOON claims to be a UK company with the registration number 25973BC2020. The business number is in the form of registration numbers provided by the Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA). According to their customer service and contact website, CREZMOON's office is in the United Kingdom, not Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

To ensure that we did not overlook any information, we checked both the SVG FSA and the Companies House in the United Kingdom (CH).
We initially looked up the number 25973BC2020 in the SVG FSA registration and discovered that it belonged to a firm called NIXSE Ltd. Furthermore, there is no firm called CREZMOON in the registry, indicating that CREZMOON is not registered in SVG.

Furthermore, registration does not imply authorization to provide forex services, since neither the SVG FSA nor the CH control forex activity.
Non-Regulated Broker
According to local legislation, if CREZMOON is an illegal forex broker in the UK, as it claims, it must be regulated by the UK FCA. However, we were unable to locate its regulatory details on the UK FCA record. CREZMOON shall not offer financial services or sell financial products in the UK since it is not regulated by the UK FCA.

When investing, the first thing you should do is check the licensing of the broker with whom you want to trade. If you only discover the true identity of a fraudster after making a deposit, it may be too late to retrieve your cash.

Independent analysis from regulatory watchdogs shows a very low trust score, made worse by official warnings from government financial bodies and many user complaints about serious problems. This article provides a clear, fact-based analysis of the Mazi Finance regulation status.
