On April 20th, the price on crude oil plummeted, I bought long on it at the first/second/third/fourth/fifth area. At 18:00, the price cocked up and I closed the position. I profited $19600 or so and applied for the withdrawal, but AUSFOREX declined my request, blaming the wrong price on the liquidity provide. I was speechless. I have compared the price with other platforms, only to find that that price on AUSFOREX was abnormal. I wanted to negotiated with it through email, while AUSFOREX never replied to me.
