On the night of April 20th, I bought long on crude oil respectively at 0.314yuan, 0.104 yuan, 1.694 yuan and 0.244 yuan, totaling 0.64 lot. I closed the position when the price bounced to 25.868 yuan, with $16827 left on my account. But there was only $200 or so left on the next morning. The customer service blamed it on the wrong quotation! Thus, I earned nothing but lost $600!! I have never met such a shameless platform. Its service paltered with me by data problem of the mobile trader. If my order couldn’t be dealt, why the system showed that it had been dealt? Thus, I wasn’t aware of the situation, causing all fund and profits doomed. It is simply a scam platform. I want to have it exposed!!! Give back my hard-earned money!!!
