Facing withdrawal problems with JustMarkets left me feeling extremely angry and helpless. These are my own invested and hard-earned funds, yet when I tried to withdraw, I ran into endless obstacles—delays, vague responses, and no clear solution. The whole experience made me feel trapped and even question whether the platform is truly reliable. For a broker, withdrawals should be the most basic and error-free process, but JustMarkets has completely failed in this regard, destroying my trust in them.

I did a wire withdrawal on August 12th and today is the 17th and it still says pending and on the clearing stage. My understanding is that the wire withdrawal was suppose to be faster. I’m very confused and worried because that was 2.1k of my own money. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on???

"low spread" lie! They claim a "fixed spread of 4 pips on USD/JPY," but during actual trading hours (from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM local time), the spread reached up to 32 pips—nine times higher than Mumbai's platform! Last month, I traded in XAU/ USD (gold). When I placed the order, the spread showed 6 pips, but after the trade was completed, it became 21 pips.

I'm incredibly angry about your actions! During my time trading on this platform, l've been plagued by both slippage and margin calls, sinking into despair. Slippage haunts every trade like a ghost. My withdrawals with Axiory have been stuck as ‘In progress’ for days, even though deposits go through instantly. This clearly shows how easy they make it to put money in, but when it comes to taking money out, they delay or block it. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

I suffered consistent financial losses here due to sudden price jumps that were not visible on any other reputable price teed. My stop-loss orders were hi prematurely, often by large margins, an the broker's only explanation was 'market volatility'-even when the market was stable.

The Stop Loss order didn't work, and the position closure was delayed. I lost everything. Headway is a fraudulent scam that deceives traders to steal their money! I deposited $15,000 to trade, but due to the platform's ineffective Stop Loss orders and maliciously delayed position closures, I lost $8,000 in just two weeks. Their despicable behavior must be exposed! I shorted GBP/USD at 1.2680, strictly setting a Stop Loss at 1.2730 (limiting risk to no more than 50 pips), and repeatedly confirmed that the Stop Loss was active. However, after the data was released, the market suddenly surged, breaking through 1.2730, and my Stop Loss was never triggered! I urgently clicked to close the position, but the platform froze.

After earning a profit today, they withdrew all my funds, including my initial capital. They falsely claimed I had five accounts, which is untrue. I spent over three hours communicating with them to resolve the issue, but they refused to refund my money. They stated my account was in the negative, which is false, and proceeded to drain my account to zero. I feel deeply upset by this. The representatives were rude, unhelpful, and did not listen, yet they still withdrew all my funds.

My account was suddenly blocked from trading without any prior warning or explanation. This restriction lasted for several days, during which I missed multiple high-probability setups that I had been preparing for. Not only did this cost me financially, but it also undermined my confidence in the reliability of the broker’s services. An interruption of this nature is unacceptable for anyone who takes trading seriously

Lost money here because they can’t or won’t fill an order where I place it. Severe slippage, strange price spikes, and an account balance that went downhill fast. That’s my whole experience in one sentence.

Last month I deposited RM90,000 to trade GBP/MYR. I made 10 trades, 8 of which had abnormal slippage, with an average slippage of 28 points per trade. This is the most shameless broker I've encountered in my years of trading. Accounts wiped out, customer service disconnected. KVB simply wiped out my $10,000 account! Last month, I went on a three-day business trip. When I logged in, my balance had gone from $10,820 to $0, and all my transaction history was gone. I called customer service 15 times, but no one answered. Now, even their customer service in Malaysia has deleted me. I complained to BNM, but the staff said, "KVB doesn't have a physical presence in Malaysia, so it's difficult to recover." A friend in Ipoh reported that his RM200,000 account was also wiped out. KVB claimed a "system bug caused data loss," but offered no compensation. KVB is a blatant scam. Malaysians, remember this broker and stay away.

Trading Dupoin in Malacca is terrible. Last Saturday, I was trading USD/MYR, and the system suddenly crashed for eight minutes. When it recovered, my stop-loss order at 4.73 was filled at 4.77, resulting in a 40-point slippage and a loss of RM8,000. In the past 20 days, Dupoin's system has crashed nine times, each during the typical Malaysian trading hours (6:00 PM to 8:00 PM). On one occasion, I closed a GBP/MYR position, but the system displayed "unfilled." It only showed "filled" after the price dropped 15 points, resulting in another RM3,200 loss. Over 60% of complaints filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding Dupoin's system failures are cited, yet they continue to scam Malaysians into depositing funds on social media platforms. This platform can't even maintain basic stability; it relies on glitches and slippage to rip people off!

OneRoyal's "low spreads" are a lie. They advertise a "fixed spread of 3 pips on USD/JPY," but during actual trading, the spread on the platform soared to 29 pips during the Malaysian trading hours (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM local time), 10 times higher than on regulated platforms in Penang. Last month, my XAU/USD order showed a spread of 5 pips, but after execution, it became 18 pips, costing me an extra RM2,100 in fees. I've recorded 15 video complaints about the unusual spreads, but they never gave me any advance notice. Slippage often occurs at critical moments. When the USD/MYR plummeted, my stop-loss order should have been triggered at 4.72, but it was executed at 4.75. A 30-point slippage resulted in a RM6,000 loss. SC has long labeled OneRoyal a "high-risk platform," but I ignored it. Now, even the money I need to buy rice is being drained by OneRoyal. Don't ever follow my path.

To my surprise, on Friday, August 15th, after making my fourth withdrawal, I attempted to make a 1-lot transaction as usual but failed. At first, I thought it might be an IMR limitation of Squaridfinance, so I tried 0.5 hands, but it was also rejected. I thought maybe this was just a quirk of Squared Finance Friday, so I calmed down. I deposited $100 into Fortrade as you can see in the proof, but after funding the account the money never showed up for trading. The platform keeps pushing me to deposit more but when it comes to using or withdrawing my money, it’s a nightmare. Capital still shows $0 even after payment confirmation. This broker is a complete scam, they just take deposits and block you from accessing your funds. Be very careful, don’t fall for their tricks.”
