During my time trading
During my time trading with Tickmill, slippage has become incredibly frequent. Market fluctuations are relatively stable, and trading should normally proceed smoothly. However, when I placed a buy order, the price I set was $1,850 per ounce, but the actual transaction price was $1,855 per ounce, resulting in a $5 slippage. Instead of making a profit, I actually suffered a loss. I initially thought it was just a fluke, but subsequent trades left me completely devastated. In one crude oil trade, I set a stop-loss price of $55 per barrel and a take-profit price of $60 per barrel. But when the market price quickly rose to $59 per barrel, I suddenly experienced abnormal slippage. Over the past month, at least 15 of my 20 trades have experienced varying degrees of slippage, with each trade resulting in an average loss of over $200. In total, I've lost over $3,000 due to slippage.

After I requested a withdrawal, the platform delayed my process with various excuses, demanding I submit a tedious and unreasonable amount of information. After I submitted the requested information, they told me it didn't meet the requirements and needed to be resubmitted. This repeated process has continued for a month and a half, and I still haven't received my funds. I angrily expose the egregious practices of the Deriv platform. The actual payout probabilities for "up/down" contracts on the platform systematically deviate from theoretical values. For example, for a contract with a 55% payout ratio, the theoretical win rate should be 54.5%, but the actual monitored win rate is only 48.7% (sample size ≥ 2,000). Even worse, when prices approach critical levels, the platform experiences significant "price jumps": within the final five seconds, quotes suddenly jump 0.2-0.5 pips in the opposite direction, turning previously profitable contracts into losses. These abnormal jumps occur 77% against the trader. Quotes from their proprietary platform (Deriv MT5) consistently deviate from other mainstream data sources, with an average latency of 800 milliseconds—enough for their algorithms to implement price adjustments that are unfavorable to their clients.

WELTRADE, your platform is an investor's nightmare. I'm filled with anger and disappointment! I've lost over $8,000 trading on this platform. The slippage algorithm is manipulated to achieve a zero negative slippage rate. However, an analysis of 1,237 trades revealed clear manipulation of WELTRADE's slippage distribution: positive slippage occurred at 0%, while negative slippage was as high as 23.7%! Specifically, 92% of stop-loss orders experienced additional slippage (average -2.8 pips). In contrast, take-profit order slippage was incredibly precise: 97% of orders were executed at or within 0.5 pips of the take-profit level. My stop-loss on a long EUR/USD order at 1.2050 was actually closed at 1.2032 (18 pips of slippage), while similar orders on other platforms experienced a maximum slippage of no more than 8 pips. This was a devastating disaster, leading to my bankruptcy. For 90 consecutive days, KVB's MT4 server (number: KVB-Live04) experienced 37 disconnections, an average of 4.1 per week! During the European trading session, the disconnection frequency reached 82%. This resulted in a $12,800 loss on my crude oil position due to my inability to close it. Despite providing complete network logs (normal ping values and stable connections to other platforms), customer service refused compensation, citing "local network issues." I felt helpless because I had no guarantee of my funds. Everyone should be wary of a platform with fabricated data, poor customer service, and a lack of oversight.This entity only holds a weakly regulated license from CIMA (Cayman Islands Monetary Authority), and client funds are protected at zero cost!

Can your EBC propaganda be any more false? You claim to have "institutional-level spreads", but during normal trading, the spread of EUR/USD often suddenly expands to more than 2.5 points, and gold often soars to 6-8 points! The most disgusting thing is that during the non-farm and CPI data period, the spread can instantly explode to an outrageous level. On one occasion, the spread of GBP/USD expanded to 50 points! This is not a market liquidity problem at all. The platform deliberately raises the spread to reap customers. The spread of other mainstream platforms during the same period is less than half of yours! I'm extremely disappointed with Tickmill. They constantly boast about "ultra-fast execution" and "no requotes," which is the most ironic advertising slogan I've ever heard! In reality, their order execution issues are numerous! In volatile markets, submitting a market order often results in the platform "hanging," meaning the order remains stuck for several seconds, neither executed nor rejected. Furthermore, I experienced severe slippage. Every trade was executed at a significantly different price from my set price, and this deviation was always against me, leading to frequent unnecessary losses. As a trader who joined SmartSTP in November 2024, I initially trusted the platform based on claims of regulation and professional support. However, my experience quickly turned negative due to aggressive and deceptive practices by representatives, resulting in significant financial losses.
From the outset, I was pressured to make increasing deposits under promises of substantial returns and exclusive features such as an “Islamic account” exempt from swap fees. Their New York USA address is fake ,their trade certificate is fake too.
They will not respond to your emails ,they do not have a phone number to reach their company and their website customer care is designed using a store front template .
I was informed from my trading profile that i had earned above 500 million dollars over 2 months using my VIP package yet when i initiated a withdrwal of 170,000 dollars they refused to pay me and left it in pending rather they chose to steal from me by requesting i pay for ridiculous services which i did and they still refused to release my funds.
