This interview features Vichet Sun (Ken), a specialist in algorithmic trading, fintech development, and digital trading education. Over the past decade, he has built a strong reputation in the Forex and CFD trading industry through multiple leadership roles, including Founder of KEN Trading and WinzTrader, CEO of ELITE HOUSE ACADEMY, and as the driving force behind several trading education brands such as QUEENFOREX and Falcon Club.

Q1: Could you please introduce your professional experience and industry achievements?

My professional expertise spans data analytics, full-stack development, Expert Advisor (EA) engineering, and trading system design, with a particular focus on grid trading, trend-following strategies, hedging models, and risk-controlled automation. I have developed and overseen several high-performance trading systems, including GodRun EA, StableTrend EA, HyperTrend, and Zacker EA, which are actively used by traders across different regions.

Beyond technical development, I have successfully built large trader communities, IB networks, and educational ecosystems. I regularly organize events, webinars, and social media campaigns that support thousands of traders across Asia. I also collaborate closely with brokers, fintech platforms, and trading groups, and actively contribute to industry discussions on regulation, trading psychology, and risk management.

Currently, my focus is on expanding algorithmic trading solutions, delivering professional-level trader education, and supporting traders through innovative tools and community-driven initiatives.

Q2: In your opinion, what abilities and qualities are essential to become an outstanding IB?

A: An outstanding IB must possess strong market knowledge, effective communication skills, and a high level of integrity. In addition, fast and responsive service, as well as the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships, are critical factors for sustained success.

A: The most significant risk in todays global forex market is unregulated brokers and fraudulent activities. To build a safer and more reliable trading environment, the industry needs stronger regulatory oversight, transparent broker verification mechanisms, and continuous investor education. These elements are essential to improving trust and protecting investors.

Q5: As a senior IB or KOL in the industry, how do you think professionals should convey the right trading mindset and risk awareness to ordinary investors?

A: Professionals should guide investors to trade with discipline and prioritize risk management before profits. It is important to educate investors on avoiding over-leveraging, following a clear trading plan, and focusing on long-term consistency rather than short-term gains or speculation.

Q6: As a member of the Elite Committee, what kind of responsibilities do you expect to take on in the future? What contributions would you like to make to the Club and the industry?

A: As a member of the Elite Committee, I aim to support industry transparency, promote responsible trading practices, and help build a stronger, more connected trading community. My goal is to contribute my knowledge, guidance, and leadership to elevate the Clubs influence and create long-term value for both investors and the broader industry.
