As part of our ongoing efforts to protect consumers and investors, we are issuing an updated advisory concerning firms that are not authorized under the FCA. This release aims to inform the public and help them make more informed decisions regarding their financial dealings.
The FCA has identified several entities operating within the UK's financial markets that have not obtained the necessary authorization to offer, promote, or sell financial services or products. Dealing with non-authorized firms can expose individuals and businesses to unnecessary risks, including the lack of regulatory protection in case of misconduct or insolvency.
