On December 19th, a withdrawal of $5,063 was processed. At 23:24 that night, EX showed the transaction as completed. However, the funds never arrived in my withdrawal card. I filed two appeals during this period and repeatedly contacted customer service, but unfortunately, the representatives kept repeating the same vague responses without ever clarifying when the withdrawal would be credited.
