With reference to the withdrawal problem of customer, Dilixiati·Aimudula, as our e-bank payment provider offers limited service to the clients of minorities, if the clients from Xinjiang province want to deposit or withdraw money by e-bank, they are only allowed to use designated payment channel, by which the money withdrawn generally arrives within 10-20 business days. If the clients would like to withdraw in the quickest way, they are advised to use e-wallet (Skill, Perfectmoney, Neteller) for the withdrawal. Because the customer has never used the e-wallet to deposit, please provide the screenshots that show the full name used to register the e-wallet, email, and e-wallet number for further payment verification when withdrawing money.
