Before opening an account, I consulted with the customer manager about the spread of XAU. He said that the spread of the standard account is floating around 30, and the specific floating difference is basically 5 pips, so it is 30-35. I traded and saw that the account basically floated back and forth between 31-36. I added 30 pips to the basic spread of about 30, so my spread was floating between 61-66, but after I traded for couple times, I found that my spread was in Intermittently rising, it rose to above 70-80, and the peak was 85, so I can understand that my transaction cost has increased. If you tell me that your floating spread can float to 70-80, Then you simply don't set the basic spread and rise above 100, I can't accept the explanation from ZFX, and ask for a refund for the amount of the spread.
