Please submit a withdrawal request in your FXTM account and then provide a screenshot of the electronic receipt of deposit for verification of the payment method and processing of your withdrawal. The screenshot of the e-receipt should contain the following information, client's account number/card number, client name, deposit amount and date ( the time needs to be accurate to the minute) the other account number and customer name.
