On January 4, 2021, a deposit of 1000 yuan, the receiving account number, payee, transfer postscript code, there is no error, I also issued a screenshot of the transfer certificate, and the bank message number, but my MT4 account number has never arrived Account. From January 5 until now, I have contacted Yingkai customer service (email, WeChat public account) many times in nearly 20 days, and the customer service always claimed that the payment provider did not receive my transfer and remittance.
