I deposited on October 6, 2020. The exchange rate was 7.2. According to the exchange rate in ealy October, it should be 6.8. The clerk said it was fixed by the company. I thought it was ok since it was fixed and the exchange rate of deposit and withdrawal should be the same. But the exchange rate became 6.7 after a month without notification, making me lose much money. The clerk said the market fluctuated. They just temporized. It it fluctuates, why was it fixed when I deposited. There hasn't been an explanation so far. It equals to embezzle m,y money and unable to withdraw
