HTFX unreasonably deducted profits.

I deposited on May 4th and started trading on May 5th. There was a big movement in gold that day, over 90 USD, and I made a profit of 10,000 USD. But HTFX sent me only two emails and told me my trades were abnormal without reasonable explanation. I asked them which order was problematic, but they have not responded so far, and they haven't returned my principal. Don't trade on HTFX.
