Diverse Markets and Robust Regulation, But Steep Learning Curve and Support Delays

I've been using this broker mainly for its diverse market options and strong regulatory framework. It's comforting to know they're overseen by top-tier regulators. But, diving into their trading platforms was a bit daunting at first—definitely a steep learning curve there. Also, there have been moments when I needed quicker responses from support. It's a dependable platform for sure, but a bit more simplicity and speedier service would make a big difference.
