Creé mi cuenta de Pepperstone, deposité con mi tarjeta de débito y todo parecía funcionar bien. Pero recientemente perdí esa tarjeta de débito y su número, así que la cancelé y ahora ya no puedo retirar dinero porque tengo que usar solo esa tarjeta de débito que perdí y ni mi banco ni Visa pueden entregarme ese número. Registre otra tarjeta y me dicen que tiene que ser esa tarjeta que perdí para enviarme el dinero! Un trozo de plástico que cualquiera puede soltar fácilmente. Ya había tenido este tipo de problemas con otros brokers, ¡pero depositar con otra tarjeta nueva resolvió el problema sin más problemas! pero no con Pepperstone. Se supone que me estan dando soporte, pero ya han pasado unos dias y no he visto nada resuelto. Y tengo buen capital retenido allí, ¿qué puedo hacer? Espero poder resolver pronto este problema y seguir recomendando a Pepperstone como corredor.

Lost Debit Card Halts Withdrawals: Broker Policy Puzzle

I created my Pepperstone account, deposited with my debit card and everything seemed to be working fine. But recently I lost that debit card and it's number, so I canceled, and now I can't withdraw money anymore because I have to use that debit card only that I lost and neither my bank or Visa can hand me that number. Register another card and they tell me that it has to be that card that I lost to send me the money! A piece of plastic that anyone can easily loose. I had already had this type of problems with other brokers, but depositing with another new card solved the problem with no further issue! but not with Pepperstone. They are supposed to be giving me support, but it's been a few days and I haven't seen anything resolved. And I have good capital retained there, what can I do? Hope i can solve soon this issue and keep recommending Pepperstone as broker.
