Tengo cinco cuentas con Tradeview Markets, y en todas estas cuentas, Tradeview Markets dedujo ilegalmente mi saldo de capital el 29 de julio de 2025 y se negó a permitirme retirar el dinero que me quedaba, sino que me obligó a firmar un acuerdo para nunca darles una reseña negativa en ningún sitio de reseñas o reportarlos a sus reguladores. La forma en que su CEO, el Sr. Tim Furey, y James Green, su asesor principal, manejaron esto significa que son ellos los que están cometiendo este crimen y no sus inversores, como afirmaron. Nunca confíes en TV con tu dinero ganado con esfuerzo, serás una víctima. QUIERO QUE EL MUNDO SEPA QUE TV ES UN BROKER FRAUDULENTO/ESTAFA. TEN CUIDADO, podrías ser la próxima víctima. Scam Alert: Tradeview Is Now A Scam Broker

I have five accounts with Tradeview Markets., and in all of these accounts., Tradeview Markets unlawfully deducted my capital balance on the 29th July 2025 and refused to allow me to withdraw my money that’s left., but rather forcefully made me to sign an agreement never to give them a negative review on any review site or report them to their regulators. The way their CEO., Mr. Tim Furey and James Green, their chief counsel handled it means they are the ones doing this crime and not their Investors as they claimed. Never Trust TV with your hard earned money, you will be a victim I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW THAT TV IS A FRAUD/SCAM BROKER. BE WARNED, you might be the next victim. Tradeview Markets, If you don’t return my ($227,197), the money you unlawfully took from my accounts: 333013, 333023, 333024, 333353, 333031, I will file a report to all your regulators.

This review, along with others referring to actions taken by Tradeview to recover capital from debit accounts, is part of a coordinated campaign by a group of traders led by Onyeka Alimele of Flatbook. This group profited significantly by exploiting arbitrage opportunities during a period of high market volatility, taking opposing positions that generated profits in some accounts while creating losses and negative balances in others at Tradeview. The Tradeview Customer Agreement clearly states that clients must maintain adequate margin and are liable for any debit balance. Tradeview did not take any client funds from this group—not a single cent. In fact, we returned money to many of these clients and entered into settlement and release agreements with many of them. What was recovered was only a portion of Tradeview's own capital tied to their negative balances. These traders are not victims—they are unhappy because their contractual obligations were enforced.
