I never thought I'd say this, but Videforex's customer support actually made me laugh the other day. I was struggling with a particularly tricky withdrawal issue, feeling pretty frustrated. The support agent not only solved my problem quickly but also cracked a few jokes that lightened the mood. It's refreshing to interact with real people who don't sound like robots reading from a script. Sure, the platform might not have MT4, but with support like this, I hardly miss it.
