Purpose

The Hong Kong, China foreign exchange market is an international forex market that developed in the 1970s. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in this region, the on-site inspection team conducted field visits in Hong Kong, China.

Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went as planned to Hong Kong, China to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker OKACHI. According to publicly available information, its office address is Flat A, 1/F, Zenith Mansion, 7 Shan Kwong Road, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously screen for investors, followed a meticulous plan and traveled to Hong Kong, China, to conduct a physical verification of the broker OKACHI claiming to be located at Flat A, 1/F, Zenith Mansion, 7 Shan Kwong Road, Hong Kong.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building. The surrounding environment of the location was relatively ordinary, with a mediocre commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information for OKACHI was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they were granted permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 1st floor, the inspectors found no clear signage indicating OKACHI's office area, nor any security measures. As no information about the company was found, the inspectors were unable to enter the interior, could not photograph OKACHI's reception desk or logo, and the office area was not a co-working space.

Since entry was fundamentally not permitted, through the tightly closed door, the inspectors could not observe the internal environment and found no information whatsoever about this broker. Upon inquiry with the security guard, they were informed that no such company existed, leading to the judgment that it was false.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker OKACHI does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspector visited the forex broker OKACHI in Hong Kong, China according to the plan, and could not see the broker's company name or other information at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors should make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
