Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker ATG in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is Unit 2, 13/F, Java Road 108 Commercial Centre, 108 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a well-planned schedule to the Commercial Center at 108 Java Road, 108 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, China, to conduct a physical verification of the broker ATG that claims to be located at this address.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the 108 Java Road Commercial Center. The location is on Java Road, North Point, with a relatively bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for ATG was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. On the directory board inside the building, there was no information for this company.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 13th floor, the inspectors found no prominent signage for ATG in the office area, nor any security measures. As no information about the company was found, the inspectors were unable to enter the interior and could not photograph the reception area or the reception desk logo of ATG. Furthermore, the office was not a shared workspace.

Since entry was simply not possible, the inspectors, looking through the doorway, could not observe the internal environment of the company and found no information whatsoever about this broker. Inquiries with security indicated that there was no such company. The overall situation did not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker ATG does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited the forex broker ATG at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but could not find information such as the company name of the broker at that location, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors should make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
