The inspectors successfully arrived at COSCO Tower. The location is in the core area of Central, Hong Kong, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for ALLIED VICTORY GOLD & SILVER INVESTMENT LIMITED was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After registration, they were granted permission to enter the building.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 9th floor, the inspectors found that the office area for ALLIED VICTORY GOLD & SILVER INVESTMENT LIMITED had no obvious signage and no related security measures.
