The inspector successfully arrived at Wing Cheong Commercial Building, located at Nos. 19 - 25 Jervois Street. The surrounding environment is average, with a mediocre commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspector entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After registration, they obtained entry permission. On the directory inside the building, they found the company's information.

Upon arriving at the target floor (14th floor), the field investigator found that the office area of SCFH had clear signage. However, the investigator was able to photograph the reception area and its logo, confirming that the office is not a shared workspace.

Due to the closed entrance, although the internal office environment of the company could not be clearly seen, the on-site inspector confirmed that the address was correct upon arrival. Upon entering, the company was visible and verified to be real, with the overall environment aligning with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker SCFH exists at the above address.
