This office building in downtown Auckland is relatively high-end. The survey personnel entered the building and found Tower 1 based on the guidelines on the marble pillars.

The survey personnel then took the elevator to the 2nd floor and found that the entire floor belonged to the KVB Kunlun broker. The survey personnel came to the door of KVB Kunlun's office. The first sight of the survey was a logo on the glass door and a fancy front desk.

Conclusion

After the on-site survey, it is confirmed that the actual address of the KVB Kunlun licensed in New Zealand is consistent with the regulatory address. Although the broker holds two full licences issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the Financial Transaction and Reporting Analysis Centre of Canada and a futures trading licence issued by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, the ordinary financial license issued by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, the Financial Services Enterprise Licence issued by the New Zealand Financial Services Providers Registry and the Investment Advisory Licence issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission indicate that the broker is operating out of range.
