Upon arriving at the target area, the survey team discovered that the Crystal Tower (Kristal Kule Binası), where QNB Invest is located, is a local landmark and the tallest building in the area. The surrounding streets are bustling with a variety of commercial facilities, and there is frequent pedestrian and business activity, reflecting the mature atmosphere of the core business district. The survey team successfully captured the entire building.

Then, the survey team entered the building lobby, which was spacious and bright, with exquisite decor and standardized security personnel. The overall environment was consistent with the office environment of a high-end financial institution. Although no company signage clearly marked QNB Invest was found in the lobby, the QNB Invest brand logo was clearly visible on the building's exterior walls. The logo is eye-catching and uniquely associated with the company, directly confirming the company's connection to the building.

Although building regulations prevented the on-site inspection team from reaching the specific office floors on floors 6-7 to confirm their precise location, the lobby is already a company area, meeting the operating standards of a legitimate financial investment institution. Furthermore, the inspection confirmed that the office space is exclusively used by QNB Invest and not a shared office, further eliminating the possibility of address fraud or misrepresentation.

Thus, the on-site inspection confirmed that the brokerage firm QNB Invest actually exists at the aforementioned address.
