The inspectors successfully arrived at the Oriental International Building, located on Tai Nan West Street in Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon. The surrounding environment is ordinary, with a strong commercial atmosphere. The building exterior is relatively good, but no company signage or related information was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard or staff. After communication, permission to enter was granted.

Upon reaching the target floor, Level 5, the inspectors found information about this company on the directory board and discovered that WB's office area had clear signage. Due to reasons such as not having an appointment, the inspectors were unable to enter the interior. Although the inspectors could not photograph the reception desk and its logo, this office was not a shared office.

Through the glass door, while unable to clearly see the internal office environment, the inspectors confirmed that the office genuinely exists. The overall situation aligns with the expectations of this inspection regarding the existence of a real operational venue.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that broker WB exists at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion
