Reason for this visit

In the retail foreign exchange market, there is a very large number of FX traders in Cyprus. To help investors have good knowledge of regulated brokers in Cyprus, the survey team this time visited ICM Europe, a broker based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Regulatory Information

According to the regulatory information, the broker ICM Europe has the STP license issued by CySEC and located at 12 Arch. Makariou Aven, Kristelina Tower, office 301, 4000 Mesa Yitonia, Limassol, Cyprus. The survey team thus decided to have an on-site visit to this regulatory address for confirmation.

On-site visit

The survey team followed the address on the regulatory information to an office building named "Kristalina Tower". The building is about 2.5 kilometers away from the famous Esplanade, not far from the cross-city expressway, with superior location and convenient transportation.   

On the signboard outside the office building, the survey team saw the the logo of ICM Europe.

After entering the building, the survey team saw the logo of ICM Europe on the signboard of lobby, which shows that the broker's office is in Office 301. And it is consistent with the regulatory address.

To further confirm whether ICM Europe works in this building, the team came to Office 301 but failed to see the logo of broker. However, it is speculated that ICM Europe should work here, and the business scale of which is fairly large.   

Conclusion

The team’s site visit confirmed the the existing office place of ICM Europe at the regulatory address. And it is speculated that the business scale of broker is fairly large. Thorough consideration is suggested for making any choice.
