The inspectors successfully arrived at Cheong K. Building. The location is in the core area of Central, Hong Kong, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for AVIC was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After brief communication, they obtained permission to enter the building.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 13th floor, the inspectors found no clear signage for AVIC in the office area. Due to the lack of any guiding information about the company, the inspectors were unable to enter the interior. Furthermore, they could not photograph the reception desk of AVIC, and this was not a shared office space.

Through the closed security door, and being unable to enter, the inspectors could not observe the company's internal environment. No information about this broker was found. Inquiries with the security guard revealed that no such company existed, leading to the judgment that it was false.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker AVIC does not exist at the aforementioned address.
