Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Yum in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is 802, 8 / F, Garda Global Centre, 6 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, followed a meticulous plan and traveled to Hong Kong, China, to conduct a physical verification of the broker Yum which claims to be located at 802, 8/F, Garda Global Centre, 6 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Garda Global Centre, located at 6 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan. The surrounding area is relatively bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or related information for the company Yum was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they were granted permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 8th floor, the inspection personnel found that the directory displayed information for other companies at this address. The office area showed no clear signage for the company Yum, nor were there any security measures. As no trace of the company was found, the inspection personnel could not enter the interior. Furthermore, they were unable to photograph the front desk or logo of Yum, and the office area was also not a co-working space.

Due to the inability to enter, the inspection personnel could not observe the internal environment of the company through the doorway and found no information regarding this broker. Upon inquiring with security, they were informed that no such company exists. The overall situation does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Yum does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Yum at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but could not find any information such as the broker's company name at that location, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
