Reason for this visit

Last time, the survey team visited the broker FxNet and failed to enter the office. In order to provide investors with more comprehensive information, the team decided to visit the broker’s  office based in Limassol, Cyprus again.  

Regulatory Information

According to the regulatory information, the broker FxNet has the MM license issued by CySEC and located at Theklas Lysioti, 4 Harmony House, 3rd floor, Office 31, 3030, Limassol.The survey team thus decided to have an on-site visit to this regulatory address for comfirmation.

On-site visit

The survey team followed the address on the regulatory information to the Harmony House, the office building where the broker FxNet’s office is located, they could see the logo of FxNet from a distance.

Entering the office building, the survey team found a floor guide with the broker FxNet's logo on it, indicating that FxNet did have an office in the building and located on the 3rd floor.

Later, the survey team came to the mailbox of building, at where they found one with FxNet’s logo on it.  

Then, the team went to the 3rd floor and instantly caught sight of the house number and logo of FxNet. 

Conclusion

It is confirmed after the survey team’s site visit that FxNet’s office indeed is located at the regulatory address. Unfortunately, the team was unable to enter the broker's office so that the office scale and operation condition of which remained unknown. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
