Field Survey Process

The field survey team, as planned, visited the broker SWSI in Hong Kong. According to the publicly available information, the office address is 14/F, 1 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team, with responsibility towards the investors, has carried out a field verification of SWSI based on the address.

The surveyors went to the Causeway Bay area in Hong Kong and arrived at the building at the given address. The building is in a busy downtown area with convenient transport, heavy pedestrian traffic, and a strong business atmosphere. The company premises and surrounding streets are well maintained, with good support facilities. From outside the building, the surveyors were able to clearly capture the panoramic view of the building.

The surveyors successfully entered the lobby of the building which has characteristics of an upscale commercial building. Although the name of SWSI was not found directly on the lobby directory, its floor was confirmed by other means.

The surveyors proceeded to the 14th floor and accurately identified the exact location of the company. Upon arrival, they found a conspicuous logo of the company within the building and could photograph the reception and its logo from outside. Although the surveyors could not enter the company, they observed the average interior office environment. It was confirmed that this is not a shared office space, which fully proves the real existence of the company at this location.

Therefore, after the survey, it was confirmed that the broker SWSI indeed exists at the aforementioned address.

The surveyors visited SWSI accordingly as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
