The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building. Located in the central area of London, it is a well-decorated office building. The surrounding area has a strong commercial atmosphere, with bustling streets filled with financial institutions and business venues. However, no company signage or related information for Noble Finance was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel attempted to enter the building lobby but were not granted access. However, when someone opened the door, they saw the directory board inside. The board only displayed the logo of a company named Collins, with no information about Noble Finance visible. It was impossible to confirm whether the company was genuinely located inside.

Due to the inability to enter the building, it was also impossible to reach the target floor to confirm the status of Noble Finance's office area. It could not be determined if there were clear signage or security measures, nor could they enter the interior to inspect. Furthermore, they were unable to photograph the reception area. This location is not a shared office space.

The company's internal environment cannot be observed through the glass door, so it is impossible to determine whether its overall environment matches its claimed positioning.
Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Noble Finance does not exist at the above address.
