I really don't understand. After registering an account, my first profitable trade was denied withdrawal, claiming it violated rules. When I asked customer service which rule was violated, they repeatedly told me to check the email. But the email didn't specify any violation reason. I'd like to ask, what exactly did I violate? What is your basis for this? If profitable withdrawals aren't allowed, how does your company have such high ratings? I didn't violate any rules. If this isn't resolved, I will escalate my complaint to the fullest extent.
