I opened an account and completed verification on this platform on October 25, 2025, deposited $1,000 on October 29, and entered my bank card information during this period. I executed one lot in AUD and one lot in gold. Later, I noticed that the bonus from their promotional activity I applied for had not been approved, and my bank information remained under review.
When I attempted to withdraw funds, the system indicated that my bank details were still being reviewed, preventing any withdrawals. I then contacted customer service and sent follow-up emails, but after several days of inquiries, all I received were promises of "being followed up" from the客服, with my emails going unanswered.
My demands at the time were: 1) Activate the bonus, 2) Approve my bank card information, and 3) Assign a dedicated account manager to assist me.
As of today, my account has made no progress whatsoever, and I still cannot withdraw my funds.
Please, Forex Eye, help me follow up on this matter. This is where I found this platform and deposited funds to try out a new platform, but I never expected the experience to be so poor. My request now is for an explanation and to withdraw the $1984 from my account.
