VinZAI I opened an account and completed verification on this platform on October 25, 2025, deposited $1,000 on October 29, and entered my bank card information during this period. I executed one lot in AUD and one lot in gold. Later, I noticed that the bonus from their promotional activity I applied for had not been approved, and my bank information remained under review.
When I attempted to withdraw funds, the system indicated that my bank details were still being reviewed, preventing any withdrawals. I then contacted customer service and sent follow-up emails, but after several days of inquiries, all I received were promises of "being followed up" from the客服, with my emails going unanswered.
