首先，XM是抛单模式，所有客户的订单都是在市场价格上成交。您交易的是20微型手 GBPJPYm#，于平台时间2025年9月25日00:03分因触及止损价格被系统执行止损平仓。
其次，空单是卖价开仓买价平仓，K线图显示的是卖价，需要加上当时的点差才是买价，而平台的点差是浮动点差，会根据市场情况实时变动，因此实际的止损执行价格，需要以加上点差后的实时买价做为订单执行基准。经核实，当时处于凌晨时段，交易量清淡导致点差扩大， GBPJPYm#买价（卖价+点差）确实触及到您设置的止损价格，所以系统才会执行止损平仓的。
