duoqinghe2025年4月14日晚上10点左右，ex平台的黄金行情停止于3204，当时外盘行情正在下行，最低下行到3195。我持有的6手XAUUSDc空单，虽设了止盈，但因为卡盘，导致我的账号无法交易，也无法自动止盈。约半小时后，ex才恢复行情，但当时黄金价格已经反弹，造成我的空单被套出现浮亏。
因为Exness技术设备的问题，造成了我的损失。申请赔偿。
