At 8:30 pm on May 10, 2024, I placed an order to short USDCAD on the FOREX.com trading platform at 1.36750, but the actual transaction price was 1.36473, with a slippage of more than 27pips, far beyond the normal range, which seriously affected my trading results. After reporting to the customer service, they shirked responsibility on the grounds of market factors, which is neither reasonable nor in line with industry standards. According to industry practice, slippage should be within a reasonable range, and the huge slippage of this transaction obviously violated this principle. In order to safeguard my legitimate rights and interests, I asked FOREX.com to compensate for this transaction. If I cannot get a satisfactory result, I will complain to the regulatory authorities and take legal action.
