No one has dealt with the delay in closing positions on the FXTM platform. 1 trading account number; 10592451 2 trading order number; 2269048369 3 clear description of the problem; 0.5 lot long order at 1842.18, closed at 1842.42, the system took me 20 seconds to close warehouse, mt5 server response delay. the current closing price for delivery is 1842.10. when i closed the position, i earned tens of dollars at 1842.42. now i turn the profitable order into a loss-making order. 4 details of your request; compensation due to FXTM FXTM the mt5 live01 server problem caused the customer to close the position within 20 seconds. on march 3, 2023, i reported it to the account manager (manager wu) as soon as possible. the account manager asked me to send it to the technical department on march 6, saying that it would be within five working days. a solution will be given, but now i have waited from monday to friday, and there is still no result; and i send a message to the account manager, just like answering and ignoring the attitude, is it a shop bully? on february 16, 2023, the problem of delayed liquidation also occurred, resulting in a loss of 450 us dollars, and the platform will pay the compensation to the account on march 2. is this how you serve customers? the high-profile customer service is really speechless. you can’t reply to wechat even if you are busy all day. is this your service standard? who dares to do it on this platform, if something goes wrong once or twice, it can drag the customer to death, isn’t the customer’s time not time? it has been 5 days since the mt5 logs have been sent to you, do you still need to verify for 14 days this time? i am going to lodge a complaint with the fca to help the client resolve the issue.
