When I was withdrawing money, the XM platform blocked me backstage and said that I was hedging the transaction. Erase my profits. I consulted my agent. After the agent communicated with the official, they listed another customer’s account, 6138172, saying that we both hedged internally, so we didn’t give any profits. I asked the agent to check it. It’s ridiculous, right? Both accounts made a profit from long gold, and I also traded in the US and Japan at the same time, how do you hedge in one direction? It is purely that I don’t want to give money when I see that the customer has made a profit, and there is no negotiation. Communicating with the account manager just keeps you waiting. Without any evidence, the customer’s account can be closed directly, and the customer’s profit will be wiped out. It is extremely terrible.
