In reference to Liu Zhexi's bank account frozen, the customer has contacted us for applying for withdrawal certificate which will be offered to the bank to unfreeze the account. And we had sent the certificate by email on October 18, when the customer contacted us again for the recent 3 months withdrawal proof at FXTM according to bank's requirement. Bank account was suspended in accordance with the bank's checking standard. If the customer thinks that the withdrawal from FXTM led to the suspension of his bank account, please ask him to show the official certification that the withdrawal at FXTM resulted in the bank account frozen, as well as the following information, such as date of money arrival, payer's name and bank account number for further investigation. I deposit on October 11th, and the bank card was frozen immedaitely on October 12th. Asking the customer service customer service will not give priority, and the solution will cause the bank card to know that it is still in a frozen state, and the funds in it cannot be used. The platform has not given me any statement at present. Because the bank card cannot be used, my loan is overdue, and I am now asking for compensation.
