It's been 2 day, and got the same answer from the customer service that waiting for the check result of payment provider. I can't understand that the deposit hasn't been processed within 48 hours. I submitted all the documents including transfer receipt. They told me to wait for two hours patiently at first. But the money has been transferred and they kept me waiting for the check result. I don't think it's the proper way that the platform treats their customer.

Please contact the platform customer service to deal with it.
