Forex.com withdrawal has not arrived and kept delaying it indefinitely. I applied for a withdrawal in the early morning of January 22nd, and the Forex.com account showed that the funds were successfully withdrawn. On January 25th, 26th, 27th, and 28th, I repeatedly asked why the account was not received. On the 28th, it has exceeded the 5 working days promised by the platform. The customer service responsed to me should continue to wait patiently and wait for 1-2 working days. May I ask Forex.com that the promised time cannot be fulfilled. Can the new customers be safe to open an account at your platform? Can old customers withdraw money as guaranteed?
