I bought 0.15 lot short orders of XAU/USD at 9:00am, September 4, 2020 at the price of 1938, 1936. One order was set stop limit price of 1931, the other wasn’t. The two orders were set sop loss price of 1948. I bought long positions at 1912.5. The XAU/USD went up and the nwent down so I wanted to close some positions while I found out that my orders were closed at 1949.21. I watched carefully and the highest price was 1946.89 in 111 which was reached in the morning. In other platforms, the highest price was above 1947.The highest price was between 19944-45, my position can’t be closed because the stop loss price was 1948. It’s incredible so I want to get a satisfied response! I was responded that I can get $36 compensation on the afternoon of September 5 which I can’t accept. This is your responsibility for what happened. The profitable orders became loss. You kept shrinking with varied reasons and let customers undertake the losses. This is the way that you treat customers?
