When making a trade, I lost the 30 dollars I had left in the account and decided to cancel the withdrawal of the 67 dollars I wanted to put on my card (I had a total of 98 dollars). 25 hours have already passed and those 67 dollars are neither on my card nor in my Olymp Trade account. When speaking with technical support, they tell me that I supposedly lost them by making a trade; I have screenshots showing that I had only bet 30 dollars, not the 98.

Problemas al retirar

Al hacer una operacion pierdo 30 dolares que deje en la cuenta y decido cancelar el retiro de los 67 que queria poner en mi tarjeta (tenia en total 98 dolares). ya pasaron 25 horas y esos 67 dolares no estan ni en mi tarjeta ni en mi cuenta de olymptrade. Al momento de hablar con soporte tecnico ellos me dicen que yo supuestamente los habia perdido al hacer una operacion, tengo capturas donde muestran que yo solo habia apostado 30 dolares no los 98.
