Unable to withdraw funds, requiring continuous payment of margin, and customer service does not directly address the issues. The first withdrawal request on October 27, 2025, was rejected due to insufficient trading volume (less than three times), demanding margin payment. The second withdrawal attempt on November 4, 2025, was denied under the pretext of money laundering, requiring another $5,000 USDT margin deposit. In short, withdrawals are blocked, and my account faces freezing. I have invested a total of 22,987.5 USDT.
