By ignoring my findings, they imply their system is flawless and operates normally—merely requiring adherence to its rules. FXTM denied my withdrawal and returned the amount to my negative balance account, directly causing me a loss of 5,760.88 USD. Furthermore, all my accounts were locked—unable to trade, withdraw, or even deposit funds. During this period, I repeatedly contacted FXTM, but they consistently ignored me. On November 3, 2025, FXTM directly confiscated $13,789.93 from my account, which remained locked. Until November 10, the company refused to communicate or negotiate a resolution. On November 10, they unilaterally terminated the agreement and offered a so-called “goodwill compensation” of $2,500 to humiliate me. First, this issue was not accidental but resulted from repeated, prolonged trading losses caused by FXTM's system failures. For instance, with $800 in my account, system glitches prevented me from placing more than one standard order at a time. Occasionally, they would duplicate the same order, triggering liquidation. After multiple occurrences, I discovered FXTM's system allows identical orders to be entered simultaneously regardless of margin levels. I never requested compensation from FXTM for these losses.
