LiteForex automatically deleted the MT4 account and all trading data without notice or clear explanation. Account 1033446, with a balance of about $10,500, was removed from the system at 14:00 on 17/09. Previously, the withdrawal request was also canceled without any specific reason. LiteForex vaguely responded that it's "off-hours trading," then deleted all account data. Even though they admitted a system error, the platform erased all profits and accused the customer of fraud. In the financial market, if the fault lies with the platform, they must take responsibility, not blame the client. This behavior is unprofessional and nontransparent. LiteForex honestly "made a price" when explaining that the trade had a "price error". This is truly absurd.

LiteForex tự động xóa tài khoản MT4 cùng toàn bộ dữ liệu giao dịch mà không thông báo hay giải thích rõ ràng. Tài khoản 1033446, có số dư khoảng 10.500 USD, đã bị xóa khỏi hệ thống lúc 14h ngày 17/09. Trước đó, lệnh rút tiền cũng bị hủy bỏ mà không có lý do cụ thể gì cả. Phía LiteForex chỉ trả lời chung chung rằng“giao dịch ngoài giờ", sau đó xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu tài khoản. Dù thừa nhận có lỗi từ hệ thống, sàn lại xóa toàn bộ lợi nhuận và cáo buộc ngược lại là khách hàng gian lận. Trong thị trường tài chính, nếu lỗi do sàn thì sàn phải chịu trách nhiệm, không thể đổ lỗi cho khách hàng. Hành vi này thiếu chuyên nghiệp và không minh bạch, LiteForex thực sự đã“làm giá” khi giải thích rằng giao dịch có “lỗi giá”. Ba chấm thật sự.
