Serious Slippage Issue with Headway Broker

I had a stop-loss set at 1845 on gold during the NFP release. Right after the news dropped, Headway’s platform froze for 12 seconds. When it came back, my trade was closed at 1867 — that’s a 22-point slippage and a $2,200 loss. What’s worse, I checked four other platforms and none of them showed gold going above 1853. I also had a limit buy order that didn’t trigger at all. Headway’s support blamed “low liquidity,” but it feels like only stop-losses are affected — not pending orders.
