On August 5th and 7th, 2025, two small withdrawals of 1000 each were processed, but the funds have not arrived yet. I've contacted customer service multiple times, and they keep saying they'll handle it as soon as possible. This morning, the platform's website couldn't even be opened—are they about to run away? My withdrawal order numbers are CW47903 and CW48047, each for 1000 USD. Please, platform, uphold justice and help us recover our withdrawals—I’d be extremely grateful! Unexpectedly, the website is now inaccessible, so I can't provide recent screenshots of my negotiations with customer service. I can only share earlier screenshots as proof of HTFX refusing to process my withdrawals.

无法出金，今早网页打不开，是不是要跑路了

2025.8.5和7号出了2笔1000的小额出金，至今还没到账，多次找客服都回复尽快处理，今早平台的网页都打不开了，是不是要跑路了？我的出金单号是CW47903，CW48047各出1000美金。麻烦平台主持公道帮我们讨回出金，万分感谢！没想到网页无法登陆，最近和客服协商的截图无法提供，只能发之前的截图证明我在HTFX不给出金的过程了。
