Starting from July 2024, the platform has been unable to process withdrawals, citing data reconciliation between the old system and new system integration. In 2025, they claimed to have launched a new system, transferring funds from old system accounts to new accounts starting with '600'. However, there was no withdrawal channel, and all funds were injected as credit limits, making withdrawals impossible. Accounts starting with '800' in the new system operate via USDT, but even after depositing, users cannot withdraw. A platform that has prevented withdrawals for a year is suspected of fraud. Customer service is unreachable despite multiple attempts, emails go unanswered, and withdrawal requests only trigger automated replies without actual transfers. Moreover, the registration link for the new system does not match the official website displayed, suggesting a potential clone scam. We request the mediation center's intervention.
